1. Q:Can i simply connect this camera to pi 3 and it will work? or i should do something, so pi board can recognize he camera?

   A:You need to enable camera in the configuration

2. Q:Will this camera module work with the Pi Zero W, and if so, is anything else needed to do so?

   A:This camera module is for Raspberry Pi Model A/B/B+, Pi 2 and Raspberry Pi 3. But you can buy a 15 Pin 1.0mm Pitch to 22 Pin 0.5mm camera cable to fit with the Pi zero

3. Q:How do you change the lens? Does it just unscrew? What is the screws on the sides for? 

   A:The screws on the sides is used for fixing the lens, it can not rotated if it is fixed. So you have to unscrew the side screw then rotate the lens.

4. Q: Does it a night vision raspberry pi camera?

   A: Not yet, this 5MP camera is noir camera
